The UKCCF Awards are an established industry scheme, which recognises contact centre excellence. They provide an opportunity to celebrate people’s achievements whether as an individual, a team, or a company. For entrants there’s nothing more exciting than hearing they have progressed in their work and been recognised for it. The Awards have an expert judging panel with chairmen who insure values maintenance through an impartial process.
