European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards 2023

The award-winning European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSAs) is the longest running and largest awards programme in the customer contact industry. It recognises organisations leading the way in delivering exceptional service to customers. Overseen by Helen Wilson, Chair of the Judges and Chief Experience Officer at Ipsos, the awards are highly regarded for robust judging processes, the ECCCSAs organisation, which continually innovates to improve the customer experience, the way they value their people, and how they operate efficiently and effectively. As the greatest awards programme in the European customer contact industry, being an ECCCSA winner is a prestigious accolade proven to raise the profile of the contact centre operation, its capabilities, and its stars.

Finalists will be announced on 12th August 2023

Judging will take place in September and October 2023
