In their 25th year, the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSAs) is the longest running awards programme in the European customer contact industry. It recognises organisations across Europe leading the way in delivering exceptional customer service. ​The awards are highly regarded for robust judging processes and they recognise organisations that innovate to improve the customer experience.

ECCCSA winners often liken them to ‘winning an Oscar’, highlighting just how respected the ECCCSAs have become in raising the profile of the customer contact operation, its capabilities, and its stars. Winners will be announced in Central London at a spectacular awards evening.
